Time to ask for help. I updated to Kubuntu 26.04 which uses Wayland instead of X11. Now when I try to connect to it either via RDP or NoMachine, I get an all black screen instead of displaying my desktop. Looking up this problem, this appears to be an ongoing issue with Wayland.
Does anyone know how to get this functionality to work with Wayland? It seams a basic enough need that I would be surprised if Kubuntu made this switch without it having a solution.
