今日花蓮
原來這兩週以來應該是病了。
昨天起床得非常晚，
一起來，全身明顯痠痛無力，
原本的頭暈變頭痛，
連腹部都怪怪的。
由於最近身心科剛調整藥，
本來以為可能只是還沒適應藥，
但因連日的喉嚨痛也變明顯了，
所以，
我人在耳鼻喉科了。
11點多才輪到我，
現在不知該去哪打發時間。

We're experiencing a heatwave here the UK. Sadly, Henry and Celandine lost their nest yesterday, and they have parted. Henry is still around and coping as well as he can in the heat - staying hydrated, keeping his beak open to let the heat out, and sunbathing to get rid of parasites. The rest of the time he's in the shade, often preening. Soon he'll be moulting.
